At UNIQUE STORE, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if:

You receive a damaged or defective product.

You receive the wrong item.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

Opened or used skincare and cosmetic products.

Lingerie, underwear, bras, and shapewear.

Products with broken seals or missing original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or as agreed with our customer support team.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
